We are an award winning non-profit organisation working to Support, Empower & Educate Women, Men & LGBTQIA+ individuals across the East Midlands.
Our work is about BELONGING TO YOURSELF.
We are made up of sensational Volunteers who give their time to support individuals, using our lived experience to support and motivate others to develop the tools they need to overcome emotional and mental health challenges and become mentally resilient and empowered to advocate for their own and others wellbeing.
BRAVE ‧ Nottingham is committed to bringing people together to heal, grow and empower one another. Based on Dr Brené Brown's work on vulnerability for healing. We pride ourselves on educating, supporting & empowering men & women who have experienced trauma and stress. Using peer support to help us navigate through the complexities that can come with it.
Covid has challenged us to work even harder together.
